Following the completion of all Checkpoint audits, The target suppliers are issued with recommendations for safety improvement where safety deficiencies or defects have been identified.

The audit report containing the recommendations or corrective actions will also include a suggested timescale for their implementation, to assist the target supplier with the prioritisation of these.

In the Loop

The Checkpoint system allows for the supplier to update us with their progress in actioning the recommendations for safety improvement and enables them to provide and attach evidence of defect closure via the system. Our in-house technical team will then review the evidence submitted and provide guidance and feedback to the supplier where necessary.
