Checkpoint employs more than 100 consultants based in strategic global locations.

The team audits properties against the Checkpoint standards, which have been created in accordance with ABTA and FTO guidelines to reflect industry best practice.

RAPID RESPONSE

Each audit creates a list of corrective recommendations and action points for the supplier to work on, highlighting any high-risk non-conformities. Any serious concerns are escalated to you, the client, within 48 hours, with recommendations as to how the issue can be managed.

All risk areas within the audit are scored in accordance with the following scoring system:

A grade 1 and 0 will result in an escalation. The audit also produces a percentage compliance score for the overall property.

We might already have an audit on the system which meets your needs. If we do, then you can buy into the data without troubling the hotel with another visit.
